A Millennial Job Interview

I wonder more and more if this is why recent graduates are failing to get hired. They are all geniuses at what they think is technology and yet most of them cannot even setup a company email account.

I just received 32,000 applicants for an internship to hired program and the scary part is over 60% are close to age 30 with an MBA and are still looking for an internship in order to be trained on how to do work.

We have since started a management trainee approach on a campus by campus basis in order to train by groups and instead of a three year internship program we can hopefully salary these candidates in one or two months.
